The latest Payment Card Industry security compliance measures prompted a change in our pay by phone system. Now, members who pay by phone with credit or debit cards will use our toll-free secure payment line at 1-844-209-7163 rather than calling our office.This payment option is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Have your Blachly-Lane account number ready when calling.
SmartHub Online Account Management System
Our Blachly-Lane SmartHub Online Account Management System allows you to securely pay your bill from your computer or mobile device. You may also check your electric energy use and manage multiple aspects of your account. To sign up, just visit the New User Registration page, it takes less than 3 minutes to set up an account for on-the-go bill paying. If you prefer to manage your account from your mobile device, you can download the SmartHub iOS App for iPhone or iPad or the SmartHub for Android App for Android devices.
Pay Now Option
Our Pay Now online option is available 24/7 and does not require registration. To use the Pay Now option, visit the payment site and enter the account number and the last name on the account. This is a payment only option.
Auto-Pay automatically deducts your electric bill payment from your checking account or your Visa or MasterCard debit or credit card on the 20th of each month, ensuring you of our monthly $3 prompt payment credit.
To sign up for Auto-Pay, call our secure pay by phone line at 1-844-209-7163 or log in to the SmartHub Online Account Management system. You may also sign up for Auto-Pay from your checking or savings account by using our Auto Pay Authorization Form (PDF). Just complete the form and return it to our office with your voided check. Please note, the auto pay form is only for checking and savings accounts. Members that choose to set up Auto-Pay from a Visa or MasterCard must use our secure pay by phone line at 1-844-209-7163 or our SmartHub Online Account Management system.
*Please note, the Auto-Pay program takes one billing cycle to begin the automatic payment process. Pay your account in full this month and, if your account is put on auto pay prior to the 20th of the current month, your next month's bill will be paid automatically.
Member Service Representatives are available to process your check, money order or cash payment Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at our office. For an in-person credit or debit card payment, Blachly-Lane offers a credit card machine as well as a secure computer for your use during business hours. Our office is located at 90680 Hwy 99 N, Eugene, OR 97402.

Our drop box is available in front of our office, at 90680 Hwy 99 N, Eugene, OR 97402. The drop box is for check and money order payments only. Please do not place cash in Blachly-Lane's drop box.
